-Returns are accepted for store credit only. You will receive an email once the return has been processed with the store credit amount. This can be used on your next online purchase or used in-store.
-We want you to love your purchase, so please feel free to message us or call us before purchasing to ask questions about the items. We love to help! If, however, you don't fall in love with your purchase, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of the date received.
-All merchandise must be returned in the original condition with tags still attached. The items must show no sign of wear, deodorant, makeup, or other stains and must not contain any odors, such as cigarette smoke or others. If they do, you will not receive store credit and will need to pay to have them shipped back to you.
-Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
-Customer will need to pay for return shipping; this will not be a part of the store credit.
-If any items are damaged, please call us at 419-375-5700, and we will get you squared away.
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 on all orders in the U.S. up to $100.00. Shipping is $10.00 for any orders over $100.00. At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders typically ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow extra shipping time during sale times and holidays.
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.
